Before we commit to this challenge, I want to tell you how it even came to exist - because none of this started as a “brand idea.” It started out of survival.
I was heavily pregnant, exhausted, and running after a toddler. My identity felt blurry. My mindset felt scattered. And I didn’t feel like me anymore. I’d lost my glow.
I’d lost my grounding. I’d lost the part of myself that felt connected, curious, alive. I remember thinking: “I just need one thing. One simple thing each day that helps me feel like I’m actually coming back to myself.” Not a course. Not a full routine. Not a massive habit overhaul. Just 5 minutes. One page. One idea. One question.
So I started creating it - not for anyone else, but for me. I pulled from everything I’d learned over the years: podcasts, books, journals, psychology, education, spirituality, mindset, motherhood…and I began piecing together tiny, powerful rituals on A4 paper, stapled together on my desk.
Never with the intention of turning it into a ritual that would eventually transform women's lives.
Just something to get me through that season. But once I started? I realised how insanely powerful it was. How much clarity it gave me. How much calmer I felt. How much more me I became - even in the thick of motherhood and chaos.
And that’s when I knew I couldn’t gatekeep it. That little homemade ritual became The Daily Glow Up… and today, this 5-day challenge is your first taste of it.
